To make a purchase from kode-store.co.uk you will need to register for an account.

We accept credit and debit card payments from the following countries:

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Isle of Man, Iceland, Jersey, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Vatican

Our payments are handled by a Paypal service. This does not mean you need to have a Paypal account to purchase from us. The service we use enables us to take payments direct from you using your credit and debit cards as you would with any other website or high street shop.

We do not store or keep any of your credit or debit card details on our servers.

The only information we keep is your email and delivery address, which will never be used for anything other than to contact you about your order.

Purchases from kode-store.co.uk will be shown on your bank statements as Lee Allan Kane who is the sole trader and proprietor of this website.


Hair Products

All our hair products are shipped for free within the UK which includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated). We send your hair 1st class via Royal Mail’s Signed For service.

You should receive your hair within 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. We use this service as if you are not in when your purchase arrives then you can always pick it up from your local Royal Mail sorting office the next day. We think this is great value for money and peace of mind.

Vintage Retro Kitsch

All our Vintage Retro Kitsch items are sold with shipping included for delivery within the UK which includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated), and is sent via a trackable and signed for Royal Mail or Parcelforce service. We use this service as if you are not in when your purchase arrives then you can always pick it up from your local Royal Mail sorting office the next day. We think this is great value for money and peace of mind.

We will endeavour to send your item to you the next day or as fast as we can, but as some of these items are delicate we will take extra time, if needed, to ensure they reach you in the condition we described them, so with some items it may take a couple of days before we post.

Please be patient, but you are most welcome to send us an email and we will update you on its progress.

All kode-store products and items bought by customers from outside of the UK are shipped through the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service giving you the additional security of being able to track your purchase to your destination.

Parcels sent via this service should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of the date of dispatch.


If for any reason the item you purchase from kode-store.co.uk does not meet your expectations all our items are covered by a 30 calendar day returns policy from the date of the arrival of your item, (that’s 16 more days then required by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)

Kode-store.co.uk will accept returns within this period for a full refund including postage and packaging or a replacement (if required and subject to availability).

We will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned goods.

We do not refund the cost of the return postage.

Hair Returns

Returned items must be sent ideally via a tracked postage service and in their original condition meaning the item should be unused, unaltered, and not in any way damaged. We do not accept the returns of synthetic or real hair that has been combed, cut or picked.

Vintage Retro Kitsch Returns

We package our items carefully so please retain the packaging and return our items in the same condition as you received them, preferably by registered post.
