To make a purchase from kode-store.co.uk you will need to register for an account, which is part of the checkout procedure. Once you have an account you can come back and purchase from us at any time.

We accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal from the following countries:

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Isle of Man, Iceland, Jersey, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Vatican

Our payments are handled by Paypal. This does not mean you need to have a Paypal account to purchase from us. Paypal will give you the option at their checkout page to use debit and credit cards.

Purchases from kode-store.co.uk will be shown on your statements as kode-store.co.uk or Lee Allan Kane who is the sole trader and proprietor of this website.

UK Shipping

All our items are sold with shipping included for delivery within the UK which includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated), and is sent via a trackable or signed for Royal Mail or Parcelforce service. We use this service as if you are not in when your purchase arrives then you can always pick it up from your local Royal Mail sorting office the next day. We think this is great value for money and peace of mind.

We will endeavour to send your item to you the next day or as fast as we can, but as some of these items are delicate we will take extra time, if needed, to ensure they reach you in the condition we described them, so with some items it may take a couple of days before we post.

Please be patient, but you are most welcome to send us an email and we will update you on its progress.

International Shipping

All kode-store items bought by customers from outside of the UK are shipped through the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service giving you the additional security of being able to track your purchase to your destination.

Parcels sent via this service should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of the date of dispatch.

We ship to all the above locations although not all of these countries will be available at checkout, as our items come in variable sizes and weights, so you will need to contact us so we can quote you on the shipping. The postage which is included for UK shipping will be deducted from the cost of the shipping to your country.

Returns

If for any reason the item you purchase from kode-store.co.uk does not meet your expectations all our items are covered by a 30 calendar day returns policy from the date of the arrival of your item, (that’s 16 more days then required by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)

Kode-store.co.uk will accept returns within this period for a full refund including postage and packaging or a replacement (if required and subject to availability).

We will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned goods.

We do not refund the cost of the return postage.

We package our items carefully so please retain the packaging and return our items in the same condition as you received them, preferably by registered post.

On return of your purchase, please make sure you keep hold of the postage receipt as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage you may not be eligible for a refund.
