At checkout you will see the Amazon Pay button. When you click this Amazon will ask you to login to your Amazon account. As an Amazon member you will not have to complete all of the Kode-Store checkout fields except for those necessary to complete your order. The only information Kode-Store receives from Amazon is your shipping details and nothing else.
Kode-store’s checkout is very easy, but if you do encounter any problems just let us know and we will sort it out for you.
Purchases from kode-store.co.uk will be shown on your statements as kode-store.co.uk if you checkout via PayPal and KS Kode-Store if you checkout via Amazon.
All our items are sold with shipping included for delivery within the UK which includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated), most of our parcels are sent via a trackable or signed for Royal Mail or Parcelforce service. We use these services in case if you are not in when your parcel arrives then you can always pick it up from your local Royal Mail sorting office the next day. We think this is great value for money and peace of mind.
We will endeavour to send your item to you the next day or as fast as we can, but as some of these items are delicate we will take extra time, if needed, to ensure they reach you in the condition we described them, so with some items it may take a couple of days before we post.
Please be patient, but you are most welcome to send us an email and we will update you on its progress.
All kode-store items bought by customers from outside of the UK are shipped through the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service giving you the additional security of being able to track your purchase to your destination.
Parcels sent via this service should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of the date of dispatch.
We ship to all the above locations although not all of these countries will be available at checkout, as our items come in variable sizes and weights, so you will need to contact us so we can quote you on the shipping. The postage which is included for UK shipping will be deducted from the cost of the shipping to your country.
If for any reason the item you purchase from kode-store.co.uk does not meet your expectations all our items are covered by a 30 calendar day returns policy from the date of the arrival of your item, (that’s 16 more days then required by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)
Kode-store.co.uk will accept returns within this period for a full refund including postage and packaging or a replacement (if required and subject to availability).
We will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned goods.
We do not refund the cost of the return postage.
We package our items carefully so please retain the packaging and return our items in the same condition as you received them, preferably by registered post.
On return of your purchase, please make sure you keep hold of the postage receipt as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage you may not be eligible for a refund.
Our returns address is:
Flat 3 Middleton House
43-49 High Street
