UK Shipping
All our items are sold with shipping included for delivery within the UK which includes Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise stated), most of our parcels are sent via a trackable or signed for Royal Mail or ParcelForce service. We use these services in case if you are not in when your parcel arrives then you can always pick it up from your local Royal Mail sorting office the next day. We think this is excellent value for money and peace of mind.
We will endeavour to send your item to you the next day or as fast as we can, but as some of these items are delicate we will take extra time, if needed, to ensure they reach you in the condition we described them, so with some items it may take a couple of days before we post.
Please be patient, but you are most welcome to send us an email and we will update you on its progress.
Collections
Items in our store that are labelled *** COLLECTION ONLY *** are too large to post and can be collected from Kode Store's location in Horley, Surrey. Please see our Contact details for the address.

*IMPORTANT* If you have a specific need, time or date for the collection please contact us before purchasing.
International Shipping
All items bought by customers from outside of the UK are shipped through the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service giving you the added security of being able to track your purchase to your destination.
Parcels sent via this service should reach you within 3 to 5 working days of the date of dispatch.
We ship to all the above locations and the postage which is included for UK shipping will be deducted from the cost of the shipping to your country.
As our items come in variable sizes and weights we charge shipping for each item, however, if you would like to purchase more then one item contact us and we will endeavour to get you a better shipping price dependant on which items you wish to purchase.
