This interesting chimera fossil has been carved into a large heavy piece of black slate with the back of the slate covered in black velvet and a hook so you can hang it on the wall.

A mystical creation, it was sculptured in the 1990s in Cornwall probably by a chap called Séamus Moran while trading as the Design Clinic. They are no longer trading which makes this fascinating novelty rarer by the day.
