Tiny Vintage Christmas Dinner Bell with Santa Claus Handle

Where did you come from tiny vintage Christmas dinner bell, what stories could you tell? If you like cute you will love this. Santa looks a bit pissed to be honest, not sure if he should be in control of that sled, which if you look closely has painted on snow around the edges. I believe this is probably silverplate and quite old. It comes apart I guess for easy polishing which I would have loved to have done, but I thought maybe it?s new owner might enjoy the honour.
